Description

In this paper, we present a process for coating thin polymer fibers with a diameter down to 22 µm, which were fabricated with an extruder. The resulting optical fibers have a coating diameter in the range of 1000 µm and an attenuation down to 5 dB/m at a wavelength of 637 nm. [659]
