The Einstein-Elevator at the Hannover Institute of Technology (HITec) is a worldwide unique, 40-meter-high drop tower. With the help of the Einstein-Elevator, experiments can be carried out under weightlessness and adjustable gravity conditions, such as those prevailing on the moon or Mars. Thus, among other things, experiments on the quantum level or additive manufacturing processes can be researched under space conditions.
